Who makes it, what Papelzinho solves and how it pays for itself.
What Papelzinho is
Papelzinho organises group games and group arrangements. It started as a Secret Santa app, to replace the folded slip of paper in a hat, and today it covers eight modes: Secret Santa, raffle, group pot, invite, gift list, bingo, standalone draws and Revelô, a question game for the reveal. The idea is always the same: one person organises, shares a link, and everyone joins from their own phone. That is why this web version exists alongside the app: whoever receives the invite does not have to install anything to take part. Some modes, like bingo, run entirely in the browser, with no account and no install.
Who makes it
Papelzinho is built by Orla Digital, a Brazilian company. The app is published on the App Store and Google Play under the name Orla Digital LTDA, and public reviews on the App Store go back to 2017.
How Papelzinho pays for itself
There is a complete free version you can use without paying anything. Three things keep the product running:
Paid features per group, such as the premium group and upgrading a basic group to premium.
An optional subscription, which unlocks extra features across all modes.
Ads on some pages, which help keep the free version alive.
We say this openly because we would rather you know where the money comes from. If the ads ever get in the way, there is a specific purchase to remove them, and the subscription removes advertising too.
Privacy
We do not sell your data. The draw result, your gift choices and the content of the anonymous chat are not used to target ads. The full breakdown of what we collect, how long we keep it and how to request deletion is in the Privacy Policy.
