Whenever we say "You", we mean anyone who uses the app, Administrators or Participants.
When we use "Papelzinho", "we" or "us", we mean ORLA DIGITAL LTDA., responsible for this app, headquartered at Av. Sto Amaro, 3131 - apt 1506, São Paulo/SP, ZIP 04555-000, CNPJ 47.408.019/0001-35.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your data when you use Papelzinho. And we made a point of keeping everything well explained, direct and with the app's personality. Let's go?

Who is Papelzinho?

We're an app that makes organizing Secret Santa a whole lot easier. Forget the mess of lost slips of paper, wrong draws or confusing WhatsApp groups. Here you create groups, draw participants, fill in gift lists, chat anonymously and can even buy right from our little store. We take your data seriously, and that's what this policy is about.

Who is "You" here?

You can use the app in two ways:

Administrator: the one who creates and organizes the group. In this case, we process your data based on your consent.
Participant: the one who was invited to join a group. In this case, we process your data to fulfill our service (performance of the contract).

Why do we process your data?

Because that's how we're able to deliver all the app's features! We use your data to:

Create and manage groups
Send messages (like invites, reminders, updates and notifications)
Show gift preferences
Enable features like the chat with integrated lists, notifications and custom profiles
Help you buy the right gift
Keep the experience organized and fun

Important: we don't sell your data, and your gift preferences are used only to organize the Secret Santa, never to target ads.

What data do we collect?

Identification data: name, email and/or phone. What's needed to use the features.
Third-party data (with consent): like contacts from your address book, if you want to invite someone to the group.
Gift preferences: your choices and notes on the gift list.
Dependents' data: like name and preferences, if you add a pet, child or assisted person to the group.

We only collect data when you provide it to us. Nothing hidden!

We use cookies and identifiers (like SDKs and web beacons) to:

Measure the app's performance
Improve navigation
Make sure everything works smoothly

Advertising (Google AdSense)

Some pages on this site show Google (AdSense) ads to help keep Papelzinho free. Because of that:

We do not send your gift preferences or your Secret Santa result to Google to target ads.
