How to resend the link to a participant

Someone in your group did not get their result? You can solve it in the app, without redoing the draw.

Sending the individual link

Every participant has a unique link. To get one person's link:

Open the group in Papelzinho.
Go to the participant list.
Tap the person's name to open their profile.
Pick "Copiar link de acesso" (copy access link).

Now send that link to them however you prefer: WhatsApp, email or any other channel. Tapping it takes them straight into the group and shows who they drew.This is the fastest fix, and the one we use most in support for this case.

Before resending, check the contact details

It is worth checking that the person's email and phone are correct in the app. The link goes out automatically when the draw runs, so a typo blocks delivery. Fix the detail and future sends arrive.

Resending to the whole group

If more than one person missed it, use "Reenviar sorteio" (resend draw) in the app. It sends the access link again to every participant, without changing the draw result.Careful not to mix them up: "Reenviar sorteio" keeps the result, "Refazer sorteio" creates a new one.

If the person does not want to install the app

They do not have to. The result can be seen in the phone browser.Do I need the app to take part?

If the person has no phone or email
