The link is sent automatically as soon as the draw runs. Any typo in that contact and it never reaches its destination. Ask the organizer to check your details in the app.The email landed in spam or promotions

The organizer can send you the link straight from the app, without redoing the draw:- They open the group in Papelzinho.
- They go to the participant list.
- They tap your name to open your profile.
- They pick "Copiar link de acesso" (copy access link).
That link is yours alone and opens the group directly, even if the email or WhatsApp never arrived.If several people did not get it, the organizer can use "Reenviar sorteio" (resend draw), which sends the link again to everyone while keeping the same result.If nothing works
